Prepared for A Brilliant Shine · Ceramic Pro Elite of Carmel Valley
The opportunity

A Brilliant Shine has the reputation and the work. What it does not have yet is a way for clients to book, prepay, and stay on a schedule without a phone tag. Today that friction quietly costs the shop money:

  • Booking runs on texts and manual callbacks, so customers wait days for a slot and some never rebook.
  • No deposit at booking means every no-show on a coating bay is an empty, unpaid day.
  • One-time washes leave the most valuable thing on the table: predictable monthly revenue.
  • High-ticket PPF and coating quotes get one follow-up, then go cold.
The platform

A branded, mobile-first member experience on the shop's own domain. Clients see real availability, book and prepay, buy credit packs, and choose pickup and delivery. Members lock a recurring cadence, so upkeep books itself. A second flow captures high-ticket protection quotes and turns them into reserved consults.

  • Self-serve booking with card held at booking to end no-shows.
  • Membership tiers and credit packs that convert washes into monthly revenue.
  • Fleet management so multi-car owners book each vehicle separately.
  • Owner dashboard showing recurring revenue, members, and open quote pipeline.

Recommended stack

The branded experience sits on a proven, detailing-native spine, so we are configuring industry tools rather than maintaining custom plumbing.

Booking spine
Urable: built for ceramic coating, PPF and tint shops. Online booking with deposits on every plan, warranty and batch tracking, and a 3D vehicle visualizer that closes high-ticket installs. (~$70–$220/mo)
Payments
Stripe for deposits, prepaid credits, and recurring memberships, connected through Urable.
Front end
Branded member app on the A Brilliant Shine domain, wired to the booking and payment layer.
Automation
Rebooking reminders, review requests, and quote follow-ups, with a light AI layer for the messaging.

Credible alternatives by budget: OrbisX (flat-rate all-in-one), QuoteIQ (AI-native, low entry), or Square Appointments (simplest start).

Why it pays
$1,800/yr
A customer moved from one-off washes to a monthly plan, instead of a single payment. (industry benchmark)
82% vs 58%
Annual members renew far more often than month-to-month.
+15–25%
Typical revenue lift from tiered pricing, plus fewer no-shows from deposits at booking.
